Having amassed a decade of experience and a successful track record in supporting countless events, I’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to provide answers to some of those additional queries that may be on your mind.

How Much does it cost to book you?

All our pricing quotes are customized to suit your specific event. Several factors come into play when constructing your booking quote, including travel, booking duration, location, and more. Consequently, I don’t provide a fixed price.

How Long Does It Take To Set Up?

I am dedicated to ensuring that the setup and sound quality at your event meet the highest standards.

I will make it a point to arrive at your venue at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled performance start time. This time frame will allow me to complete the setup, conduct a thorough sound check, and have sufficient time for a quick refresh, ensuring that I start the performance punctually to delight both you and your guests.

Can you set up outside?

Certainly!

My team and I will diligently monitor weather conditions and strive to anticipate any adverse weather forecasts. Should we foresee inclement weather, we will ensure that adequate shelter is brought to protect the equipment. Your event’s smooth operation is our foremost concern, and we’ll take every precaution to safeguard it. 

How much space do you need?

Ideally, I require a space measuring 3m by 2m for setup.

However, I can adapt to smaller spaces if necessary. Please inform me of the available space, and I will make the necessary adjustments to accommodate the provided area.

What are my payment options?

I offer 3 flexible payment options to accommodate your preferences:

Standard Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date.
  • The remaining 50% is due 30 calendar days before your event.

5 Stage Payment Plan:

  • You have the option to spread the cost through 5 interest-free installments starting from the date of your booking.

Monthly Payment Plan:

  • For even greater flexibility, you can distribute the payment over monthly, interest-free installments, beginning from the date of confirming your booking until the month prior to your event.

Please note that all our payment plans are interest-free, and there is no requirement for a credit check. Your acceptance is guaranteed, and using these payment plans will not impact your credit score. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Card, or Direct Debit for your convenience.

are you insured?

I hold Public Liability Insurance up to £5m. A copy of my insurance certificate is available upon request.

do you have any special requirements?

All I ask is that you’re able to provide soft drinks for me and my crew member that will be with me on the day. If I will be with you either all day, or in the evening, I’d also ask that you are able to provide us both with a meal. If there is a buffet, this just means to allow us to dig in with you!
